Build your business for reasonable people

There’s one factor you didn’t consider: children. No, not re: the unlimited email support but about unlimited car washes. I have a 4 y/o son who asks to go through the car wash almost every time we drive by. And if we stop and wash the car, he’s asking to go through again before we even leave! 😂 -Peter R.
This reminds me of the classic If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, one of my childhood favorites.
And therein lies the rub: Unreasonable people—and having one myself, I can confidently say that young children are generally unreasonable people—may cause problems for your unlimited offer.
But unlike parents and their children, you don’t have to work with unreasonable people!
Build your business to help and serve reasonable people.
Not to guard against unreasonable ones.
